Completed the wiring and testing this week. Today we tie wrapped the wires up nicely and fit the rear swing arm cover. All of the electrical system is hidden in the swing arm.
In the first picture is the wiring, ignition module, bank angle sensor, ignition switch, rear brake pressure switch, turn signal module, auto resetting circuit breakers, starter relay circuit and main breaker.
The second picute shows the same area as the first but with the polished stainless swingarm cover in place.
The third picture is the same cover from the side showing it boxed in on the sides.
Mounting a horn. We originally were going to mount the horn under the bike. After some consideration we changed our minds an mounted it to the bottom of the battery box. So yesterday I modified the battery box to include a horn mount.
The first picture is an overall picture to show the horn in the grand scheme of things. It is hardly noticable because everything shines. Yellow arrow points to the horn.
The second picture shows a close up of the area. The top yellow arrow points to the horn bracket that is spot welded to the battery box then polished to match. The bottom arrow points to the horn itself, still hard to pick out in all the shine.
The last picture is a closeup of the horn and bracket
