This is a Bike build we did last winter. It was a thread I posted elsewhere and updated as the build went on.

Me an Bean built it and custom fabricated many of the parts. Bean did much of the assembly work and I did most of the fabrication and polishing.

TC88 "B" motor build. The case halves were matched and show polished. The transmission case was also matched to the engine cases. I have well over 100 hours in polishing these.

They are stock TC88 "B" cases that started out as a brand new, never run, Black TC88 engine and transmission. Today during re-assembly of the engine, the balancer sprockets were found to be .020 out of spec. Thats on a new never run stock harley motor. Of course the dealer didn't have the shims in stock so the motor assembly will happen this weekend.

The motor is getting Candy Red powder coated, Big Boyz Street Heads & Cylinders. The heads and cylinders are also Diamond Cut.
